Farmhouse near Gubbio with swimming pool, animals and lots of greenery
Ampugnano is one of the farmhouses with swimming pool in Umbria: not a bad plus in a landlocked region, which will make your stay even more pleasant.
The swimming pool is the ideal place to relax in complete tranquillity. The only musical sound that you will hear from time to time will be the chirping of the swallows, which in the summer come down to drink over the water. You may receive other unexpected visitors: even pheasants roam undisturbed in our lawns, perfectly at ease in the presence of visitors.
The olive grove and wild fruit trees will envelop you during your regenerating break.
The pool: dimensions, access and comfort
The swimming pool is open from June to September and is reserved for guests of Agriturismo Ampugnano, up to a maximum of 10 people. No risk of crowds!
It is a 6 x 14 meters large and has a constant depth of 1,40 meters, to offer everyone the pleasure of a nice swim in safety.
Even in the Gubbio hills, the summer heat is felt; you can cool off with the solar shower installed in the garden. But there is also hot water, if you prefer: the sun’s rays warm it naturally. We chose this solution because it is absolutely green and in tune with the environment.
To guarantee the right comfort even out of the water, you can freely use sunbeds with umbrellas, tables and chairs.
Wear a cap, sunscreen and… Splash!
