Il Moraiolo: apartment in the farmhouse for families and small groups

Il Moraiolo apartment is the only three-room apartment of Agriturismo Ampugnano. Thanks to its large size, it is ideal for:

• families with several children
• two couples
• groups of 4-5 friends

It is often booked together with Il Leccino apartment by large groups who want to stay close together. Whether you come in a group or not, our farmhouse with animals is a convivial and informal place, where you can relax and be in good company.

Access the apartment via the internal staircase. You will immediately notice that the environment is very bright: thanks to the sun exposure from east, south and west and the windows, from which you will enjoy a 180 ° view of the Umbrian hills. A real show at any time of day, in any direction you look!

Living area

In the kitchen you can prepare and eat meals in comfort: you have at your disposal a sink with two basins, four burners, a microwave oven and a fridge. In the cupboard you will find everything you need. In addition to the seating at the table, you can also take advantage of a cute two-seater sofa.

Sleeping area

A large hallway leads to a large bathroom with a shower and to two bedrooms with divisible beds, complete with wardrobe, bedside tables and desk. All the furniture is made of wood, to maintain contact with the natural elements even in the interior spaces. Also, in your room you will find the brochure with the directions to better enjoy your holiday in Umbria even outside the farmhouse.

Il Moraiolo accommodation takes its name from a variety of olive trees grown in Umbria, typical of hilly terrain.
